Causes of foot fungus

Symptoms of foot fungus
- Severe itching between the fingers and the appearance of dry skin spots.
- The appearance of skin peeled, cracked, and boiled, especially between the toes.
- Large redness of the skin, and may become white, and moist.
- Smell of fungus.
- The occurrence of pain, occasional puffiness, and a feeling of burning in the foot.
Foot fungus treatment
- Cleaning the foot, fingers daily, it relieves pain, and prevents the development of inflammation.
- The use of antifungal treatments, such as ointments, aerosols and powder, are available in pharmacies.
- Take antifungal tablets for several weeks.
- The use of apple cider vinegar, tea oil, or ground garlic kills the fungus by leaving it on the foot, wearing a sock for four hours, then taking it off, washing the foot with warm water and salt well. This reduces bacterial reproduction.
- Use hydrogen peroxide solution, which helps to reduce the fungus.
- Using onions, by placing a piece of it on the gauze cloth, and tie the foot tightly until the onion juice comes out, and repeat this process twice a week.
Protective Tips
- Do the feet clean with water, soap constantly.
- Peel feet every two weeks to remove dead cells.
- Be careful not to wear shoes, socks for long periods, it leads to the growth of fungi.
- Do not wear narrow boots, especially for diabetics.
- Wear sandal while in swimming pools and sauna; to prevent the transmission of any infection of any kind.
- Cut fingernails, make them always short; so as to keep the distance between the nail, finger skin clean, dry.
