Fungus between the toes
Fungi is a fungal infection that affects the skin and is shown in the form of circular rings, caused by microorganisms, which multiply in moist and non-ventilated areas. It also exists between the toes because of poor thickness of the skin in this area, the death of weak cells, Causing foot fungus, or scientifically called ringworm disease, a common condition among athletes, and is contagious.
Causes of the appearance of fungi between the toes
- Lack of ventilation, wear sports shoes continuously throughout the day.
- Diabetes.
- Infection from an infected person, by wearing his shoes, or walking without shoes on the floors on which the injured person walks.
- Share towels for the affected person.
Symptoms of fungal infections between the fingers
- Peel the skin in the affected area.
- The appearance of internal tissues of the skin.
- Pain and swelling in the affected area.
- Change the shape of nails and yellow nails.
Methods of treatment of fungi between the toes
- The use of antibiotics, antifungal creams, prescribed by the doctor, for a specified period of time.
- Rub the area between the toes with powder.
- Wash the feet with warm water with salt, and dry it well.
- Spray the shoe with powder, clean it with lemon juice, and place it in a well-ventilated place.
- Use some nature recipes such as:
- Apple vinegar: By mixing an equal amount of vinegar and water, and wiping it between the fingers daily; vinegar contains antifungal properties.
- Garlic: By grinding the garlic, apply it directly above the position of fungi, and hold it with a bandage, and leave it for four hours, and then wash it with cold water and dry the foot well.
- Hydrogen Peroxide Solution contains properties that kill fungal bacteria by scanning the position with solution daily.
- Tea tree oil contains antibacterial properties by mixing a tablespoon of tea oil with a tablespoon of coconut oil and then apply it to the position using the ear cleaning stick. Leave it for a quarter of an hour, then wash it thoroughly. Twice or three times a day, until the fungus disappears.
- Paking powder, by mixing half a cup of baconing powder, with a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide, half a cup of salt and four cups of hot water, and then soaking the feet in the resulting solution for a period of Ten minutes, and then rinsed with water, and dried well, the recipe is used daily twice the rate, until the fungus disappear.
Prevention of foot fungus
- Clean the feet continuously with soap and water, and dry thoroughly.
- Peeling feet weekly to remove dead skin cells between fingers.
- Avoid wearing tight shoes.
