Method of foot massage

  • Massage them with a decent cream, and can be bought ready or prepared at home by mixing a variety of materials such as almonds, vanilla, camphor and lemon.

Other techniques for foot massage

Follow these steps:

  • Massage the joint by flexing it and pressing it towards the top and bottom.
