Recipes to crack the feet

Honey

Ingredients

  • One cup honey.
  • Half a cup of warm water.

How to use

  • Mix water and honey in a large bowl.

  • Then rub the skin dry and gently, and repeat it twice each week.

Vegetable oil

Ingredients

    • Any kind of vegetable oil.
    • 2/1 water droplet.
    • A pair of socks.

How to use

    • Soak the feet in warm water for ten minutes, then dry the feet, before sleeping.
    • Foot massage.
    • Wear a pair of socks to avoid the oil reaching the clothes.
    • Repeat this daily, and after cracking, this should be done once a week to prevent cracking again.

parsley

Ingredients

    • Ten to twelve parsley chopsticks.
    • 1/2 bucket of warm water.

How to use

  • Chop the parsley.
  • Add warm water to the parsley.
  • Sprinkle the parsley for twenty to thirty minutes, and repeat it daily.

Appropriate diet for cracking feet

It is not enough to follow the nature recipes mentioned above; to treat the cracking of the feet, but must be accompanied by a healthy diet, rich in important nutrients such as:

  • Zinc: It is present in the following food categories: oysters, sardines, beef, cheese.
  • Vitamin A: It can be obtained by eating carrots, goat’s milk, green vegetables, and fruits.
  • Vitamin C: Available in the following varieties: lemon, orange, papaya, cauliflower, guava, berries.
  • Essential fatty acids: nuts, sesame seeds, fish oil and others.
  • Drink two liters of water a day.
