Noreen Nazmiがダイエットに頼らずに27 kgの余分な体重を減らした方法

Nurin grew up in a family in Bangladesh where the food was made to show love and courtesy at all times and forums. “I was always the fat girl in the college,” she says. “Pizza was my favorite class and when I was in my early twenties, my friend invited me to accompany her to the gym, Where I decided to stand on the balance! But the number I saw made me feel scared, tense and uncomfortable, which prompted me to start looking for the best choices about healthy eating and exercise.

It took three years, but I managed to lose about 27 kilos of excess weight, changing my size from 16 to 2! In the beginning, I lost weight easily because I started better than my dietary habits, as a substitute for power in a burger! But after the first three months, where I had lost about 11 kilograms, my weight began to sprout.

I was frustrated, and I started to deal with the food in an emotional way. This situation continued until next year. I lived in a cycle of over-exercise and eating a little food, followed by laziness and frustration, which meant eating too much.

Then I went to the gluten-free diet for three months, stopped eating oatmeal and lots of foods. I was always trying to figure out how to eat the right way, I was running about 5-7 miles a day and did not eat enough, Tired and tired, then eat a big meal greedy!

I became anxious not to go to restaurants or gatherings, so I knew there would be plenty of delicious and varied foods. I stayed on this situation until I became afraid to eat all of it. And so it was that I became bored twice a day, and was overwhelmed by anxiety and was in a bad mood.

I began to read countless books about nutrition, where all the books spoke the same way, and made great promises to lose weight from the base (do not deal with that).

Should meat, grains and starchy fruits be abandoned to live better? I’ve been thinking a lot about how to eat? What do I eat, and when? Bitt is not convinced in any particular diet, and decided to eat in small quantities, I tried a lot, and whenever I feel desperate, I remember how I lost weight at first, which makes me feel better!

After that, the symptoms of acidity, heartburn and constipation began to attack me. I felt as if food was coming from me and threatening me, but the doctors and after the tests told me that I had nothing to worry about! Immediately after that, I decided to return to my normal life. I would not prevent myself from eating anything that I loved and in the amount I wanted, but only if it was healthy. I did not exclude any kind of food such as chufan, which I did not eat for a long period of time!

I started eating whole foods with the addition of more fat such as peanut butter, avocado, or olive oil to each meal. In fact, I went back to eating in a natural way away from complexity.

After that, I lost a total of more than 27 kg without sticking to any type of diet such as Atkins, Palio, etc., or excluding any of the food groups.

Heartburn, constipation, acidity, and phobia eating food have all gotten rid of them since I stopped thinking about the quality and quantity of food, what I should eat and what should I get rid of, as I got rid of the idea that food was attacking me and naturally became able to take The best options since I stopped putting food on the trial platform and thinking about it so much! As soon as I stopped all this and dealt with the subject naturally away from stress, my weight began to decline, my life became normal and balanced, and I considered myself to have applied and applied the optimal solution to the problem of excess weight.

After losing 27 kilos of weight on my own, I feel like sharing some of the lessons learned from the difficult journey. Here are some ideas that helped me:

1. Find healthy foods that you like and eat constantly:
Know the foods you love to eat and ask yourself, “Can I always handle this? “If the answer is yes, you should keep eating this food! I recommend you search and find some basic fat-free meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and brown beans. You have to go grocery shopping to choose your favorite food. For me, I like chicken, salmon, vegetables, yoghurt, and apples. When you find the real, healthy, nutritious foods you love, you will feel the difference.

2. Find a sport you like to exercise and feel good after that:
I love jogging and I love yoga. I hate the zombie and ride the bike. I will continue to practice my favorite sports because I will feel tense and depressed if I stop! Look for your favorite exercise and enjoy it even after you reach the perfect weight you dream of. .

3. Watch your food and sleep, movements of your bowels and digestive system and do not forget to mimic your appetite:
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to good health. Some people prefer small, high-calorie amounts of foods, others prefer large amounts of their daily energy needs. Instead of eating a large amount of healthy things like vegetables, some people prefer to take their daily need for food from foods that are high in calories, I prefer taking the calories I need from vegetables instead of oils, as well as eating my main meal at dinner, after I had run a lot two hours before, instead of having lunch at the next sitting behind the desk. Each of us has a routine in his own life, where he can arrange his priorities and times.

4. Do not follow rumors and innovations, and do not give up any food unless you do not need it:
Almost all diets encourage us to eat whole foods and avoid processed foods, refined carbohydrates and sugar! The common denominator of all these diets is eating real foods, which are closest to normal. When food is described as “good” or “bad”, human beings tend to eat “bad” or “forbidden”! So I advise you not to predict diets that describe some foods as bad as milk or yoghurt, and even advise you to eat these foods and others if you love them.

5. You should always be prepared to resist food temptations:

I recommend that you carry fruit or some other snacks with you. I often carry milk with me especially if I’m going to dinner with the family, because I know there will be plenty of desserts and I do not want to give in or weakness in front of these temptations. I know my favorite food, so I always try to find healthier alternatives and always find them on my list.

6. Remember that you are not a witch! So do not put yourself under pressure and schedules to lose weight:
It took me years to lose 27 kilos, but I did not get any of my lost weight. Exercise and healthy eating are a lifestyle, not a temporary one, just like doing a holiday or preparing for an important wedding or family meeting. You have to follow healthy ways forever.

7. Ask your body what it wants:

Yoga has ended the negative of my thinking. Some days may lead to extra hours of sleep, or perhaps to excess water, or extra food, at these times and all the time, listen to your body and what it needs. Make sure your body is relaxed, refreshed and positive. You are the best doctor, trainer, nutritionist and cook for yourself. Trust yourself and let common sense be your guide.
