- We bring a bucket of lukewarm water.

- We put a letran of lukewarm water in a bucket.
- Add a cup of apple cider vinegar and half a cup of baking soda.
- Soak the feet for about thirty minutes.
- Put a creamy moisturizer, then wear cotton socks, prefer to repeat these recipes twice a week to see the best results.

- Peeling: The feet need to be peeled from time to time. They are peeled with olive oil, sugar or sea salt with natural oils. The feet are rubbed with a brush of natural coarse hair. The rubbing is done with a gentle circular motion.
- Deep moisturizing: Moisturize the feet with a cream that nourishes the skin deeply until it penetrates the skin, preferably using alcohol-free creams, or using natural oils.
- Unification of skin color: Using some creams that help to unify the skin color.
