How to treat the problem of foot temperature

  • Eliminate organic problems that cause fever of the feet, if any, such as diabetes, kidney problems, thyroid glands, blood problems, etc., by using a physician.
  • Eliminate the habits that cause the problem, by taking care to eat healthy and balanced foods, so that the meals during the day include vitamins, carbohydrates, fats and others, in addition to maintaining the ideal weight, and stay away from alcohol and smoking.
