Cracking the feet

The fracture of the feet is one of the aesthetic problems that many people experience. It is caused by the dryness of the skin and its low moisture, the accumulation of dead skin cells and the lack of growth of new cells. Causes of cracked feet

Tips to keep the feet from cracking

  • Take care to moisturize the feet daily, preferably using oils and natural substances. Vaseline can also be used immediately before bedtime, or after exposing the feet to water and air.
  • Peeling dead skin on the feet with your own medical stone.
  • Dry the feet well after washing; moisture plays a large role in the growth of fungi, and increases the chance of drought and cracking.
  • Peeling the skin with a natural peel, twice a week at a minimum.
  • Wear comfortable and soft shoes, avoid wearing tight ones; they cause friction and dry.

Natural recipes for the treatment of cracked feet

Honey:

Place a cup of natural honey in a bowl containing half a cup of warm water, then mix well, and soak the feet in a mixture for half an hour.

Natural oils:

Mix equal amounts of coconut oil, olive oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil in a bowl, set aside, and put the mixture on the feet after soaking them in warm water for 10 minutes, then wearing cotton socks and applying the recipe before bedtime.
