Obesity is a condition in which the proportion of total fat in the body, leading to a significant weight gain, causing obesity. Obesity causes diabetes, vascular disease, heart disease, and tumors.

And obesity occurs because of the consumption of calories more than burning in the body, and over time that causes the accumulation of fat in the body.

Causes of obesity

  • The causes may be hereditary, in the genes of the family there is obesity among its members.
  • Aging.
  • Lack of exercise, and lack of mobility, which in turn help to burn fat in the body.
  • Bad diet, unhealthy food.
  • Smoking, and lack of sleep and give the body the required rest.
  • Antidepressants, and drugs such as corticosteroids.
  • Diseases, and some hormonal disorders.
  • Feminine sex decreases as they metabolize.

Obesity treatment

  • Exercise, and increased mobility.
  • Eat a healthy, fat-free, fast-food diet.
  • Fat burning medicines, by consulting the appropriate doctor.
  • Quit Smoking .
  • Give the body rest and sleep regularly.
  • Surgical intervention as a last resort if the other solutions do not work.

Obesity prevention

To prevent obesity we must maintain exercise and follow a healthy diet. And away from sugars, sweets and fast food, and meals high in fat, and hyper-eating.

Ways to coexist with obesity

Eat meals regularly, drink plenty of water, reduce foods rich in sugar and carbohydrates, and avoid foods high in fat and fatty foods. Increase physical activity and movement, avoid laziness, and eat dairy products (low fat). Also prefer to eat fruits, and drink fresh juice. Eat fresh vegetables, cooked.
