  • Eat whole grains; such as: barley, brown rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, whole wheat; it reduces calorie consumption and improves the level of cholesterol in the body.

  • Eating honey before bedtime, as it is a diet for the liver, and promotes fat burning during sleep, because it contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and fructose, which facilitates the process of burning fat, and regulates the level of sugar in the blood, and prevents accumulation of fat.
  • Drink green tea after meals.

Recipe Cumin and Cinnamon

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 2 slices of lemon, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger in a cup of boiled water for 10 minutes, and then drain and drink the mixture before eating the main meals for about one-third of an hour.

Honey and vinegar recipe

Mix apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of honey, then add lukewarm water to it, and drink the mixture daily before each meal.
